I think it's high time that we brush past the woke barriers and just admit it: Little Bobby Hill is going to be crap; he's always been pretty crap and I can't imagine that chemo on a dodgy todger or sack or whatever is suddenly going to turn him into a million-dollar player. He's like Leon or Callum B, only speedier in short bursts, but without the talent. An absolute shocker of a selection, whose only redeeming quality is that he's absolutely tailor-made for whipping.

The point that you don't seem to understand is that we whipped Murphy mercilessly in previous years due to loitering in hospitals and not getting a kick when the coaches dragged him from the hospital corridors he was hiding in. So if last year, he was slightly less spuddy than previously, it shows he needs the redemptive ability of the whip. We just have to keep whipping him, because it might make h decent and if it doesn't, we'll drive him him out with the whips. It's a clear case of a whip whip situation.

The other point of Murphy, in fact his whole reason for being, is to look like Moore. To confuse the already confused media. To boost Darcy’s stats when in fact it’s Murphy doing the crazy maniacal defending. Meanwhile, Darcy is lauded for his bravery, elegance, passion, and ability to be in two places at once - and no one knows Murphy is even out there. It’s a brilliant strategy.

He is not subject to the trials and tribulations of the mortal man; these things are inconsequential to him. He exists only to awe us, to teach us, to guide us to a higher level of consciousness.

i read somewhere there was an inverse relationship between hair and testosterone. I would have argued against that when I was younger, but I'm being persuaded more as the years go by.. I think we all agreed that Sidebottom was a done unit in 2021.... half-assed was the technical term used by many of the pie experts in post game threads...

WHE is fools gold for a whipper. He's useless so he seems ideal, but whenever you go to whip him he's nowhere to be found and the three times a game when he magically appears and you raise the whip ready to strike, he actually does something good, taking the real crack out of the whips. Classic whip tease. I'm expecting Bobby Hill to function similarly.

Hmm. Isn't there some saying about fools and being fooled? WHE is not nowhere to be seen, he runs endlessly from one end of the ground to the other calling for the ball or threatening to tackle. His failure to do either may be why you miss him. Then, like you say, on the odd occasion, he does one or the other really well. The point is he could do one or the other really well all the time. This is golden whipping boy stuff.
It reminds me of the ultimate, J.Blair. Bair presented like a 6'4" forward and on occasion, when the passes were unexplainable low, took that key mark. In a similar vein there were times he evaded or broke tackles when he tried to carry the ball. The point is, like WHE, he always threatened to impact the game but rarely did.
I dunno much about this Bobby Hill. His name suggests he should be a legend or something. On this basis alone I think whipping is desirable irrespective of outcome. No champion is ever good enough.

Essendon clearly weren't super interested in him, and the only reason we didn't stump up at the time was because we didn't want to compromise our draft hand for Daicos.

Never mind basketball backgrounds. That’s old school. Soccer didn’t work out. Table tennis is so 2021. Volleyball is the new fad but that won’t last.

We need to look for something different. I suggest a player with a go-kart background. Preferably one who knows how to drive, so that rules out Jett Buckley.
