I dont know how you watch all this social media of the players. I can say one positive with all these interviews. They all seem to refer to the magpie faithful...and they all say how much they love us.....but I know that they're all lying. They are shit scared of losing this week. They know that the game day thread is going to tear strips off of them. As for all these happy snaps and videos with their loved ones, well their whole families are going to be sneaking around the back streets of melbourne if we lose....

As for infants on grand final day, I hope that the club takes over ownership of it to protect our investment... i just remembered that crisp only has girls doesnt he?....useless

The passion is in the hate..... the love for the pies is demonstrated in the preening.....the hyping... but the real passion of the magpie fan is demonstrated in how he snaps when things go wrong. I think it freezes the players and makes them incapable of risk taking... I think we'll see it demonstrated on thursday...

This is why mongrelness is so important, not just against the opposition but towards pie fans. The woke wimps in the team will end up in the foetal position when the pie fans show their displeasure...finals will separate the men from the boys..

this is a good call. The hyphen has a long history of wimping it in games. He has an impressive resume. The male model is just a younger version. If we could ditich the hyphen this year, I'd back the male model becoming the new fan favourite...even ahead of little johnny....and the various other spuds in the team. At this point in time, I think young Paddy is probably one of the most gutless players in the league and I can only say that as a loyal and passionate pie fan...

I think the general rule is that you have to promise something and let the fans down. Even the great Blair was actually loved by the fans in the period before 2010. It wasnt until subsequent years that his general smallness and averageness became apparent, and the fans started to hate him. I think kreuger has been a cardboard cut-out footballer from the start....He is now beyond a joke...The only award he deserves is delisting..

It's an interesting test case. He has gone from the good side to the dark side over the last year and in the interview on the couch, he looked like a placid tabby....

I expect that the melb midfielders will say something about his remy encounter and he'll turn to tears...He was one of the few real men in the squad and captain woke and his brigade have gradually stripped away his mongrelness. I am expecting to turn on him on thursday night...

It's got something to do with his contract....a technical thing.... if you ask him if he is playing this week, the answer is always no, but he is often listed in the team.
