Bad between 1980-2000’s
We won a flag in 1990
GF in 02/03
And contested finals series consistently.
There was one patch in the mid 80’s of 4 yrs then again in the mid 90’s prior to having a very good 2000’s.

Same thing was used to state we would miss finals last year and finish 16th this year

I'd add that grading which sides we've beaten and by how much is also irrelevant. It's not us bringing up trivial and meaningless past victories, it's you guys

Being at that game, Geelong played absolutely beautifully. Picked us apart via rebounding and kicked them from everywhere, a cheeky rub of the green along with our injuries didn't hurt either. Still only beat us by a couple of goals and I thought there's no way they can keep playing this well.

Alas, they went on to lose 5 of their next 6, including 4 in a row.

They might actually be mid tbh.

We should win.
