He is also one of the few blokes that looks like he will develop into the Monster Gorilla type forward of Lynch, Cloke, Hawkins and the like. I feel that as the majority of forwards become more and more athletic, if you can get a beast of a bloke that can hold his ground in the contest, he will have the strength to move a few defenders around.

You could still make an incredibly ambitious claim by saying someone like Curnow or Barry Hall is his ceiling.

There’s a lot of Curnow about the way Calsher plays to me. It’s his desire to get involved once the ball hits the deck which is also a big plus.
