Lol just watched the Hinkley interview. The pressure on him is certainly mounting and he doesn’t like it one bit. Kudos to the journalists for actually starting to ask the right questions.

Some loser comments I thought were worthy of mentioning:

Ken is “trying his best” and he thinks that’s enough to keep his job. We exist to try our best - participation medals anyone?

Tom Jonas has a really good work life balance. Yep we all knew that years ago from his “living life” social media post.

When being confronted with the fact that he’s the only 10 year coach in the league without a flag, he jokes he’s the “last man standing, still standing”. He then quickly says when both he and the team (note how he draws in the players) stop believing, they’ll all pack up. He will never accept solo responsibility. He ties himself to the players so he can survive like a parasite.

All jokes aside, you can see how a comfortable culture has grown over PAFC from Hinkley. There’s no desperation or hunger to go above and beyond to be successful. It’s just about having a go and being a “good human”

only if your definition of "good human" gels with ken hinkley. so you're allowed to get involved in gambling and animal cruelty, but if you like video games and basketball instead of cars and lifting weights, you're out m8

The fact that this graphic even makes the nightly news is bloody MASSIVE!

“Of the longest serving coaches Hinkley is the only one without a premiership or even a grand final appearance”

It means he can never eat a donut in public again, until he quits. The pressure is on!

So just wear a T-shirt depicting a doughnut to the game as a form of protest. This way you get your point across, avoid abuse by the "true believers" and avoid scrutiny by security.

Whoever placed the sticker is a fu**ing hero. They really have struck a nerve at the perfect time.

So simple, yet so effective.

The fact that it’s hit with all the impact of a terror attack speaks volumes as to how deep inside the bubble Hinkley is.

Fancy a Port Adelaide coach being shocked and upset at a symbol of protest as relatively benign as that after 10 years without a Grand Final, let alone a premiership?

Even if he is rattled by it, how do you not lean into it, by at least acknowledging the failure?

A pouting “I’M TRYING MY BEST!”?

It just gets more and more pathetic.

It wouldn't surprise me if we beat Collingwood on Saturday and Donuts says something provocative. A surly snide remark is itching to come

out of his mouth. This idea that his critics don't matter is bollocks, he's been shaken to the core. He's also dumb enough to hang himself

with an angry comment. Imo the club is in crisis management mode and will be in his ear to tone it down, let it go and stick to script.

Maybe he's disciplined enough to do that but I reckon he's close to breaking point. I think he really wants to launch into his detractors.

His stubborn arrogance and vindictive nature is greater than his intellect. The right question about his record v top8 teams year after year

might just set him off. If we beat Collingwood it'll be one of the first things he'll mention.

Donuts is rattled and he's not a good enough actor to hide it.

It’s also highly misleading by Kochie to suggest we were in all games lost by 14 points or less.

As Kane Cornes made clear to Crows supporters recently, there should be no positive spin on failed comebacks. The game is over once you’re down by X number of goals and pegging the margin back to a few goals means nothing.

Round 5 - Loss to Carlton by 3 points. We were down by 9 goals at one stage. Game was done.

Round 13 - Loss to Richmond by 12 points. We were down by 5 goals at one stage. Game was done.

Round 16 - Loss to Fremantle by 8 points. We were down by 7 goals at one stage. Game was done.

Round 18 - Loss to Melbourne by 14 points. We were down by 6 goals at one stage. Game was done.

Round 19 - Loss to Geelong by 12 points. We were down by 6 goals at one stage. Game was done.
Good sides are capable of playing 4 consistent quarters of football. When did we last do that? You can't regularly go missing for a quarter, and then claim bad luck when you fall short every single bloody time.
