We can't have a repeat of last time where the Swans skip out to a 3-4 goal lead then play shut the gate footy on us for 3 quarters. Pendles, Jordy, Daics x 2, Crispy, Lippa, Sidey and co. Set the tone from the opening bounce. Put these campaigners on the back foot from minute 1.

I'm sure the coaches and players have learnt a lot from a month ago. Be daring and brave with our ball movement, allowing AJ, Billy and Checkers decent looks inside 50.

Our defence which has been enormous all year will need to stand up. Moore has hit peak form at the right time. Need Murph to quell Reid whilst Howey does the job on Mcdonald. Maynard on Heeney is huge and could decide the game. IQ, this is your time son. Make Papley your bitch, just get the job done. Jonny Nobes, sell candy like it's going out of fashion.

I'm pumped. What an opportunity.

What a season its been. And win or lose it’s been the best ride I’ve been on being a Pies supporter.

You want Murph on Reid, Howe on McDonald, which leaves Moore on Buddy. The general consensus seems to have been that Murphy should take Buddy as he did later in the last game, freeing up Moore. Brisbane faced a similar dilemma last night and went with some spindly midg*t type on Hawkins, a mismatch which was exploited by Hawkins who would have kicked 6 but for inaccuracy. Reid will be too strong in the air for Murphy. We seem to be one tall short down back. Stopping supply to the Swans' tall forwards will be crucial.
