My Intel was correct it looks like. As suggested by me eagles split picks and got 2 west Aussies. When I suggested this would happen months ago before the media reported it, many on here called BS said I was a liar. I also said eagles would never select phillipou based on my Intel. Also correct. I predicted west Aussies with pick slide so I was spot on. To my critics how do those lemons taste . It's nice to be validated when people have called you out and you prove them dead wrong. The so called experts on the forum are not as smart as they think they are. I have a reliable source of Intel within the eagles club whether the big egos here like it or not. Eat humble pie

Looking at that list profile, take out Allen and the 21 to 25 year age group is a shite show.

Confirms that we really need 2 more years of low draft picks.

Simply cannot afford to finish better than 14th next year or we need to trade out some stars.

Otherwise we will be the Saints.

Absolutely.

But a re-balance has started. Two years ago it was oldies, only Allen as a young, Barass as a middle age, and a bare cupboard of youth.
We're not there yet, but today it looks better (and actually has some hope attached) than it did.

Did the right thing and didn’t post who his team was into, draft strategy and nothing during the draft. Now is under attack from a guy that brags he exclusively laid out WCE plans months before…

What’s more it’s somebody that could enlighten us plebs on some of the intricacies of what happens in a draft room after the fact

Well said. Some call it tanking but we can't afford to finish too high next year the 2023 super draft is critical to our future, we need a low finish and a top 5 pick for 2023. Maybe get picks 3, 21, 28 (ports second rounder imo), 39. That's not bad we finish third last and grab 4 picks in top 40 for 2023 which is probably similar to 4 picks in top 30 for 2022 this year. A good batch of 8 decent picks close together in back to back draft. That's a realistic get for us. No dreamer trades here that will never happen

Something called credibility. Taking Ginbey and Hewett (if available) at our first selections has been the short priced favourite for months. If you have multiple, non-vague pieces of inside info then more people might take you seriously rather than creating a meme of yourself
