Awesome win for cotch's 300th. Big Benny Miller was impressive , dusty awesome , he'll be a tiger for life like cotch. Tarranto, baker , rioli great. And cotch was awesome, keep him in the midfield!

Difference with the Vlossy one is that Vlossy isn’t a forward and although he has kicked goals in the past they are very rare
It’s normal across the league for all the plahers to get around defenders when they kick goals

And it's normal for forwards to celebrate when they've kicked a goal. So why do we care about that?

Our celebrations were also well above what is normally seen in a home and away game and it's great! Players should show excitement and the more they show, the more they care about winning.

So maybe let's not get sooky when opposition players celebrate? It's a complement if anything. They REALLY want to beat us and that makes beating them even sweeter

We have played better with Hopper out. Nothing against him but the mix is NQR with him playing. But no way he doesn't get selected. JG has been playing OK with no Hopper. The midfield mix looks right. Cotch, Shai, Dusty, Taranto. Maybe Dusty more time up fwd. Cotch on the bench?


I hope Ryan can recover. Did he come off early due to the rain. Hugo underwhelming again.



After a solid win in the VFL too I can't see anyone get a game after the win in the AFL. Maybe Soldo for Ryan? Bigoa spent time off the ground is he injured ?

My changes would be Pickett and Hopper up fwd.

Replacing Ryan and MRJ.

I thought Maurice was poor before the injury and the Saints game was no improvement.

Thought Balta had a pretty good game. Won some great one on ones and his kicking out of defence was superb. He’s definitely improving. He’s great to watch

Dan Rioli is AA level talent as a half bank flanker.

Not sure on the other three. Stengle had one out of the box last season, Butler is classy but inconsistent, and Higgins is a downhill skier.
