Settle down Junior, leave Isa alone...
So shit for her to cop such comments given she's one of best commentators going around atm (IMO at least).

Whats got Junior up his nut about Isa today? Thats at least 2 comments in a couple overs that clearly had some malice behind it

not listening, but if waugh's stints in the bbl are anything to go by - he can't engage in banter without getting his feathers ruffled when they return serve. it's like any sort of reply and his humour switch gets flicked off. doesn't do self-deprecation very well.

What a bowling spell for your debut! 16 out of 22 balls so far have generated false shots, with 3 wickets and another that would have been a wicket on review.

I mean the stats are the stats. He's still bowled phenomenally well so far.
He has hardly played a List A match in the last 2 years and his career stats are massively skewed by a poor start to his career as a 19 year old or so. Stats are sometimes not a particular good indicator at all, easy to see from his last few seasons of Big Bash that he is a far far better player than he was when he played the majority of his List A matches (mostly on pathetic barely first class quality postage stamps)

josh hazlewho? if we're wanting the public to get enthusiastic about ODI's new players are one way to do it.
It is exciting to see new players in, but I'd argue winning the World Cup was a better way to do that.

Worse than a Perth crowd.

Pretty poor from the "sporting capital' of Australia.

Do all Western Australians have the same inferiority complex 🤔

it certainly helps but we only win them once every 4 years. watching the players they've seen run around in the bbl appear for their country will be nice, assuming they pay attention to the cricket at a bbl game, that is.
