I agree its not the most exciting summer. But I am excited for the upcoming NZ series, next years India series and the next Ashes. Think England are actually a decent chance to win a test too.Pakistan and Windies will be absolute s**t this summer so all our batsmen will absolute fill there boots, Australia mens side has the easiest 4 years coming up you can get.

Just curious (and i havent checked this so i dont know) hasnt Hazelwood not played due to injury or no, if not how has his form been
It would have been good to give Renshaw, Bancroft or Harris the whole summer to stamp themselves yes but at least Warner is giving whoever is next the Windies series.
It wouldn't happen but I'd have liked Warner to ONLY play Sydney, give him the "farewell" but you give the next opener another two tests. I know it won't happen.
Starc, Cummins and Hazlewood are 3 of our best quicks of all time. He just isn’t better.LMAO at Scott Boland being a 'backup'
35 wickets at about avg of 20, not to mention 6/7 in an Ashes boxing day test....
We knew this before team announcements anyway tbf. Was always a major risk of a dud summerSo the opposition has one real bowler, three medium pacers and a part time off spinner. This could get ugly..
MJ should come out of retirement for the PakstersSo the opposition has one real bowler, three medium pacers and a part time off spinner. This could get ugly..
Be interesting what happens if he gets 2x single figure scores in Test 1.
he got his chance in the Ashes and didn't do much.LMAO at Scott Boland being a 'backup'

He won't get dropped, but there will be chatter alright.Be interesting what happens if he gets 2x single figure scores in Test 1.

Surely we can wait until a ball has been bowled before writing the summer off???? Surely!
Because they need him to continue keeping quiet about Sandpaper gateHow was Warner even picked? he has been cooked for a long while, do we not have any decent openers at SS level??
Didn't realise it had startedGood to see them getting on the front foot early with the everyone fluff David Warner piece.
Hey Around the Wicket great to see you again this summer! You have maintained your vendetta for a long time now
Username to post ratio ch ... oh, I see. It's T20 "cricket". Some stupid English-invented marketing gimmick where half the bowlers chuck it, no-one can bat, no one turns the ball, and the only decent thing about it is the fielding, which in the BBL is either brilliant or embarrassingly bad.
I went to the first game this season, Heat vs Stars, one of the worst experiences of my life. It was like living in a suburb of bogan beat box cars driving past your house constantly. I politely asked the guy next to me to kill me, and he said "Dad, mum would hate me forever."
