How exciting is this campaigner?
Love how he takes a bounce of two steps even with someone hot on his clacker.

I wouldn'tI'd do 10 for Smith and Kennedy.
You cant not like a guy who is willing to back himself and take the game on. If we manage to land him then Bolts should do nothing but encourage him to do it and keep doing it.
GWS gets in the first round as they wish and they get rid off some salary, they recruit 3 young players. What's the point of trade 1 if all 3 picks end up with GWS anyway?
It's more about going when it's your turn, and that's something that I think Boekhorst has happily shown often enough in his career. Explosive pace and precise kicking should be welcomed.
Which is the same without trade #1GWS gets in the first round as they wish and they get rid off some salary, they recruit 3 young players.
We get our players and 2 1st round picks in 2018 which looks to be a really good.draft
will the other teams be drafting and trading as well? anyone know?
3 goals 11 in 48 games and not a whole lot of inside 50's is worrying. Is exciting when he runs around really fast though. You cant not like a guy who is willing to back himself and take the game on. If we manage to land him then Bolts should do nothing but encourage him to do it and keep doing it.
Probably that one, most players would realise that Murphy isn't the long term captainHow important is it for players looking at coming to the club, to know who their captain will be?
If players/managers ask that question, what do we say?
1. Do we tell them that it's going to be Murphy?
2. Do we tell them that it's likely to be Docherty/Cripps, but ask them not to say anything to anyone, yet?
3. Do we just tell them that we don't know and it's something we deal with just before the start of the season?
Does it matter to players looking at coming to our club? It could.

Does it even matter if every player nominates Carlton?
Wonder how long before Port come into the race for Gibbs?
Has Shane Watson been moved on, or will his role be re-structured with Teague coming on board.

I understood that they have chosen not to replace Craig’s role, but add a position into the coach posse. Would reckon more than one change of role.Has Shane Watson been moved on, or will his role be re-structured with Teague coming on board.
I hope that he has a poor AA game so he slips to 3! He's exactly the player we need - unique, strong over head, great on ground level, very strong through the core, explosive pace. We need LDU less because of his poorer disposal. Not sure about Dow or Fogerty.Just has to say he doesn't want to go interstate. Wouldn't be a slight on him as he'd know he'd stay in Victoria, which would be his preference anyway. Don't think he's that far ahead of LDU, Dow or even Fogarty, but he's undoubtably ahead.
A lot will hinge on the AA game I reckon.
I've read on here (so take it with a grain of salt) that they were one of the teams who didn't have players getting a rise in wage with the increase of the salary cap. If that's true then they could have a couple of million in cap space to play with. The "narrative" is always that their cap is full after getting tied down to long term deals with Lobbe and Hartlett however if they are chasing Rockliff, Motlop and Watts it can't be that bad...
Yes, incredibly arrows do not work as well in the same situations as cannon balls, and vice versa.Boekhorst contested ball?? Please! You picked the worst example in our side
