Pick 8-12... surely they will have 15-19ish with all the B graders they are bringing in?They won’t get the King brother for pick 8-12...even with a future first chucked in. Crazy to think so.

I think they'll be second last. And extremely confident bottom 4. All the teams below them except GC will overtake them, and can only see North/Ade being worse. St Kilda have zero A grade talent apart from Hill if he ends up there. Little scope for improvement.
Gold Coast won't be that happy with picks anyway. That's hardly rare currency for them, plenty of picks or newly drafted high picks on their books and unlikely to move them to part with such a high prized recruit. They won’t get the King brother for pick 8-12...even with a future first chucked in. Once Howard nominated Saints
GCSs could be a very good club to deal with next year.Gold Coast won't be that happy with picks anyway. That's hardly rare currency for them, plenty of picks or newly drafted high picks on their books and unlikely to move them to part with such a high prized recruit.
Players are much more likely to get a deal done. So instead of focussing on protecting future picks, the Saints are much better off instead focussing on which players they have that will be valuable to the Suns.

Wouldn't think so. They need next years first. I think they were expecting us to roll over and take 12 and next years 2nd. Deal with Saints seems unlikely now. Tell Brad we might not be able to get him there, but there are plenty of other teams in Melbourne.Saints: pick 12 + 18 + future 1st
Fremantle: pick 22 + future 2nd + future 2nd (Melbourne) + Brad Hill
?
You discount the possibility of a Henry bid prior to that? I do by the way, but most here seem to see him getting an earlier bid and I suspect you have him in that top 15.In the end, I would be stoked with 12-13 and given I know we arent getting their future 1st since they seem to think they are entitled to Ben King then 12 and 13 is the only scenario I see playing out that we are happy with.
Think it will happen and we'll have 4 first round picks this year from the top 15 where picks 3-15 are a deadheat
Will be a good result
The 'traditional' bond of twinsAll this talk about the King boy , Is exactly the reason i said on BF last year when people were bringing up Kings name that i would not touch them because the bond between twins is traditionally stronger than normal siblings. And they would want to reunite after the mandatory two year contract .
With an exchange of fourth round picks as well as first names to balance it out.King straight swap for King.
Saints should just trade their King to GC for a massive payout this year. Next years 1st, & 2020 Pick 11 & second this year. All this talk about the King boy , Is exactly the reason i said on BF last year when people were bringing up Kings name that i would not touch them because the bond between twins is traditionally stronger than normal siblings. And they would want to reunite after the mandatory two year contract .
How have they got the pick 6 back Arc?It's worth noting that the Hogan trade was widely considered done and dusted before trade period. Then Freo went and split our first pick 6 with port for 11 and 23 (effectively) which put the trade at risk
Eventually 6 came back (via the Neale leg) and over to melb to get the trade done
St Kilda have gone and done the exact same thing we did

The 'traditional' bond of twins
Unless they were to be drafted by the same team interstate they was always going to be likely
