Lol seriously can we just have a ban on posting things ol clickbait Kornes says…

none of it is interesting and it’s all designed to just stir people up.

Hodgey wants a new rule! Hodgey gets a new rule.

No more clickbait shit from Cornes in here.

Also:
Can we also threadban Rendell quotes. The bloke is senile.
Done ✔️

really?

you wouldn't think that there is based on how poor the reporting has been..
As long as the public keeps lapping up, clicking on links and listening to trade radio 12 hours a day, then these guys have a license to fill this dead air with whatever comes into their heads.

If we all stopped listening and clicking, and forced the industry to compress into what it really should be, then we mightn't have to be this way. But the cycle feeds itself and it will only get worse and worse.

Has there been any update in the news about how negotiations are going between the AFL and clubs on salary cap because this is the biggest hurdle for trades at the moment, surely?

........

Looking forward to O’Brien outmarking Lewis and Koschitzke when we play them. Our next premiership side is going to be built around these 2 guys? Seriously?

Huh?
Hawthorn much, or just sometimes....?
What a weird, weird, weird weird weird weird post. Of all the players on our list, you picked an UFA who is likely the most inconsistent player Hawthorn Football Club has ever had on a list to cry a river over.

They’re better off trading for good AFL players rather than drafting ok VFL players. When you have no faith in your recruitment/development there’s not much choice
It’s risk free for sure, but I reckon one of those picks will cost them a flag, on top of just being the blues

It would be a really bad move if Wingard was traded after what we gave up for him.

Sunk cost. You just have to look at the deal in front of you.

But with Burgoyne leaving and Chad being one of our only athletic, skillful players through the centre and half forward, he'd leave a big hole. Hope we keep.

I think Peter Bell said yesterday that clubs still don’t know (!) the exact salary cap but have a guide/estimate to work with.

You should have seen the crying over Greaves and Cousins on social media. You'd have thought we'd delisted Day and Bramble.

Yep Fumbles Lewis and KoSHITzke are our future.

I am quoting you again just in case you are posting badly but in good faith as opposed to just being a silly troll.

You do realise that Kossi has kicked 27 goals in one season - something that bests TOB in any season at the Hawks by 8 goals? If you're going to come and slam players you may want to have a slight amount of sense about it.

Edit: On that note - Lewis has also bested TOB's best outing for goals in a season on two separate occasions - and took less games to do so in those two seasons also. Really, truly weird criticism.

Hawthorn list boss Mark McKenzie has confirmed the club's interest in Max Lynch, but says the Hawks will not pursue a move for Peter Ladhams: "We've removed ourselves from that discussion."
