Off the top of my head, rewatch the Grand Final. He tore the dogs a new one.
No he didn't. He had a pretty good third quarter, but he seems to get a lot of credit for Oliver and Petracca's dominance.

Top of my head, GC last year at Marvel. He really hasn't dominated many games and we're without doubt overpaying on potential.

My ideal offseason:

Mundy gets chaired off after winning the norm smith.

Acres gets a godfather offer from North after a great final series. They throw us a second.

We bring in Jackson & Brayshaw, significantly reducing Melbournes chances in the next few years.

Logue signs.

Meek says he loves the club and wants to see out his contract.

2023:

Geelong completely fall off a cliff after 10 players retire.

Carlton brings in Buddy on 700k and gets done for breaching the salary cap. All their draft picks are confiscated for 5 years. Motlop asks for trade home after a packet of crisps is offered to him instead of a contract.

Freo win the flag. Jlo gets a flagmantle tattoo on his left butcheek. Bigfooty servers crash monetarily as Fyfe releases topless pics with his normie.

Also Treacy and Meek might look for more opportunities. Treacy should be in the team tonight, reckon he’d be a walk up start for North or someone like that. Treacy was pretty underrated last year and I feel could walk out along with others.

Bringing in unproven talent on big coin would piss anyone off in any workplace.

I much rather the moneyball tactic eg; Brodie, Aish, Acres and Colyer.

Na Treacy getting a consistent run of games at Peel is good for his development. I'd imagine working on the identified flaws in his game will have him ready to start making big strides in 2023 getting a consistent run in the side.

If he's not getting a decent run in the 22 by the bye next season then alarm bells may start sounding.

Is he ooc?

Barely post these days…got Covid so bit of posting to catch up on.

We finally have a good balance in our list and we’re about to lose them. Live Freddy but 4 is way too much for let’s be honest “a down hill skier” besides turning that Dees game on its head.
Go deal with Covid

The fact that he is chopping out Meek in the ruck signals they have plans for him. Big young lad, only way is up.

RUOK dude, you seem pissed lately?
That was a solid melt.

But I think 4 years does seem a little long, even adding on two more (so 3 in total) would seem a more reasonable middle ground.
I like the promise for Frederick but there's still plenty of question marks in terms of him making a consistent high end impact.
Hopefully it's more along the lines of Hughes, signing on for more years but at reduced rates (i.e. trade a high salary for job security).

Not sure, but it would be foolish to look elsewhere at this point. Budding talls take time. Currently he doesn't have any value as he hasn't progressed enough. Would be a speculative pick-up from anyone wanting to consider him. I'm confident he'll get there though. Has added rucking to his bow this season

Jackson, Treacy and Tabs is too tall and cumbersome for modern footy.
Nah two KPFs and one resting ruck is what won it last year. We can definitely replicate it but the balance all comes down to the smalls and medium forwardsm

If that’s the case why hasn’t Treacy been played as the 3rd tall in Bailey Banners place when his form has dropped.

He should be in tonight. It’s mind boggling.
Bailey's versatility as the sub. Bailey can actually play forward, wing or mid and I would think back as well.

Lobb is not as mobile as Jackson. I dont think a combination of Treacy, Lobb and Tabs would work.

I would have liked to see him play tonight but they seem to think his forms not good enough to warrant selection

Treacy is not in as his WAFL from doesnt warrant it, he has had some very quiet games at WAFL level mixed in with the good half here or there, the one when Ffye played springs to mind but he did nothing in the first half only to fire in the second in that game.
