But almost every year i can remember WC and Freo play the most late games. (they always seem to be top 3-4)

Well the last game of the round is always in Perth isn't it? At least most weeks. And that means the other Perth team will play mainly Saturday as they can't have short breaks because it's so terribly unfair.

And the shit teams get Sunday early (Suns, Hawks, North this year). Any of them are good for loops.

It's doing my head in trying to find the cash to get Xerri in. I can straight swap for Rachele, but I really want him in my side, as I think he's got a couple 8 tackle/3 goal games (similar to what he did in both preseason matches) in him, that will spike his price big time

Hmmm, I can actually do it with 2 of Martin/Hayes/Dixon on the forward bench. Reckon Hayes and Dixon are pretty likely. Could even put one at R3 if Martin gets named.

It makes taking a loop in defence appealing.

I'm looping SDK into Hinge round 1.
If SDK fails Worner moves to my midfield and loops again.
I only have one rookie I want to field in the forwards Rachele, I think a loop would be useless there.

Reading the relevant club boards I think Naish will get a contract with WC which won't help us at his price. Not sure about Joyce but the Eagles board doesn't have him in the starting 22. Hough might be on the cusp of the team but I think Shuey might push him out when available. I'm scrubbing the Eagles rookies.

Soligo seems likely with the Crows injuries. Stephens, McEntee, Soligo will be my M9-11 if named.

Ruck and forward rookies will sort themselves out at the selection table. Brodie my F6. I actually prefer Xerri and Curnow but guess you have to go with the consensus in case he turns out well.

My team is sweating on McCartin and SDK being named for R1. Will put them on field and take 2 dots for the bench unless another cheapie is named. I expect their scores will regress to the 50 range but reinforcements are on the way. In my dreams McGovern moves to the back line R7. Lol.

A chance, but Waterman back. I will grab any/all of Dixon,Hayes and Martin if selected for R1. Joyce too for West Coast if 102k and announced. They may or may not get enough games to earn reasonable money but no rookies have JS except for the big four.

Not fussed about 2 non playing defender rookies as Hinge/Gibcus too pricey and presumably Daicos and others get DPP after round 6.
