Junior level doesn't always equate to AFL level.

I know opinions are split on Poulter but I was keen on him in his draft year... besides, people should look at his stats a bit closer, he is ELITE in one very underrated part of his game

Best you ask Craig Macrae because he certainly showed he was well up to AFL in 2021 but despite good VFL form he's not been considered in 2022.

Who is surprisingly out of favour with the coach at your club?

If we get Poulter it could change the urgent need to keep and use Pick 5 on the draft and use it on Rankine, which may allow us to keep and use our 2nd round pick.

The sad thing is plenty of crows supporters actually wouldn’t want him and would rather continue to hold on to mediocre players that will never get any better than they already are.

That's 15 months ago and in his first AFL season witrh only one preseason under his belt.

He chose to draft Brayden Cook & Sam Berry instead. That doesn’t mean he didn’t like Poulter

Simple Poulter is a big Body Midfielder, if they get him the need for one in the Draft is reduced.
It would allow for a Straight pick 5 for Rankine not extras, this year.
We end up with Rankine, Poulter, Pick 2 and MM who at this time is late 2nd rd plus and we will have Picks to use for Him.

And Pick 2 could be in the Keeler range.

No, there is a limit on list spots & at the moment we don't have many spare spots allowing for the draft & Rankine trade.

But yes, we may trade out 4 players yet & make room...
