If we get Luko, it might get Dawson out of the back pocket :D
Depends whether we have a new coach this year or next. As soon as we have a new coach Dawson will be playing up the ground regardless whether we have Luko or not. He didn't come here to play back pocket.

Not sure how reliable this facebook profile is?.. anyone know?
I mean, if this was real, and he did want to come home. He's picked the best week to leak the info.

Crows skills /recruitment coming under the microscope, and a highly skilled SA prospect dangles the carrot.

I like many in here have cooled on Luko a fair bit since his draft year, just not sure where he fits for us. But it would be a savvy bit of timing on his managements behalf if it were true.

2022 second + Matt Crouch for Luko...

We'll take Rory Atkins back if they give us Luko

we wish GC would take Crouch. would any club actually want him?
Bit of a left field one (literally) but maybe West Coast if he came on the extreme cheap. About to lose their most experienced players in Hurn and Kennedy this offseason.

Shuey's 32 and his body is a ticking timebomb, Yeo's had his own injury issues, Redden will be 32 next year, Gaff is 30+ and TBH Kelly has been good, but can't do it on his own. Not really sure what's happening underneath those players.

Getting a cheap and experienced 27 year old coalface mid for a day 2 pick would probably allow them to cherry pick a Kennedy replacement in a good talls draft. Maybe the 1st pick in the 3rd round.

I’ve heard it was an Adelaide player that reported Tex for his comments against Robbie Young.
Not sure why you’d be bringing this shit up again..

But wasnt it all but confirmed by the club, and tex himself, that it was one of the Adelaide trainers that overheard it and reported it to the club..

About this reliable:

Suns' HUGE coup: Young gun inks long-term deal, eyes finals success - Suns' HUGE coup: Young gun inks long-term deal, eyes finals success

On Pixel 5 using BigFooty.com mobile app
now, now.. dont shoot the messenger.. I simply saw the rumour elsewhere and conveyed thar message!..

I had no skin in the game as to whether it was complete BS or not.. thats why I asked if anyone knew the reliability of it..

and hey... its not like this thread is exactly bursting at the seams with rumours at the moment I might add.. at least I bought something to the table!. more than most of the rest of you useless mofo’s have anyway..😉

Just reading through the thread and came across this post. I was watching the Footy Classified and listening to how Caro and the team were talking about DeGoey's behavior. Given the focus that is being placed on demeaning women and DV issue I was asking myself what is the difference between Tex's behavior and DeGoey's. I dont approve of either but\\\and I also think that they are equally reprehensible. But the panel were all saying that the $25,000 fine (which 20k was suspended) was questionable but they all believed that DeGoey shouldn't be suspended. Now Tex had to pay his fine in total and was wiped out for 6 games and every commentator (at least Vic commentators) treated Tex so differently. My out take is that I not convinced that the AFL is right behind condemning this demeaning behavior at a time when they are trying to give the AFLW credibility.

there's no grey area or subjectivity to what Tex did and it's dealt with under a different code. Why people feel the need to compare apples and oranges mystifies me.
