Too good for VFL, not quite ready for AFL.

I think his first few years at Carlton when they were in the dregs of Bolton & to a lesser extent Teague who used him a little better stagnated his development a bit but I’ve been adamant that he can be a very good player as a rotating mid off the bench who primarly plays on a half-back role. He is an accumulator who needs to tidy up his foot skills & marking overhead.

Good opportunity to give them mass food poisoning before we play them. Just like an Arsenal supporter did to tottenham players in 2006.
Well I wouldn’t get hired as a chef, anyone here willing to help the team?

Our list is full of Paddy Dow’s. Stagnating players that basically earn a paycheque at AFL level.

Dow's been really good in the VFL this season, decent in the AFL but that's a good midfield. They'd want a future second and we'd want to pay a future third so if we can find a way to get back into this draft next years second rounder could be in play.

Having the list management team walk out is a blessing in disguise. We have an over abundance of ruckmen, 1 key forward we can get on the park and 1 genuine key back. Most of the list are mids/flankers but compare ours to Sydney’s. We have 1 genuine small forward who is 6 games into his career. The culling of the list was necessary but who we kept and who we’ve brought in has been horrendous. Gold Coast had Ben King and still bought in Chol and Casboult. You could mount a case for sabotage.

He's contracted for 2023, North are showing interest in Paddy Dow according to the Blues rumour thread.
Bro, that rumour started because delusional campaigners on here keep saying we should go after Dow.
It’s not gonna happen.

He is ****ing shit. He can’t kick and god almighty if we bring him across to Arden St that could just about break the resolve of so many of us.

Let me say it again. He is a shitmen. Do not want

F***

I like it

My only question is Mcguiness? Is he still a project player? How can we not even get any game time into him or a look at what he could do.

Btw - send your resume into the club. I hear there are few vacancies in recruitment/list management.

AFL give us Pick 19 as a priority.

think you are right. Need to take about 5

think you are right. Need to take 5 picks. Still not sold on the midfield. And need another key forward. Can not rely on Charlie. Reckon likely to get a mid and end 1st round PP. Liked Hagen. What you think about Hustwaite & Van Es
pick 1 midfielder Wardlaw/ Ashcroft / Tsatas
pick 2 KPF Jefferson/ Cadman
pick 3 KPD
pick 4 Hagen/Hustwaite
pick 5 Harvey.
