It'd be hard to imagine there's enough money that would lure anyone to * right now.
The coaching and off field shambles, the looming shadow of Sheedy ready to blow s**t up again and then the possibility of Hird returning.

Of course, but he as a target is what I would consider responsible list management. Right age, fills a need and hypothetically doesn't cost too much in cap or capital. Given the fairly modest offer from Carlton, an extra 50 or 100k a year would be good work from usHe's OK. And yeah, I'd have him. There's limits to what you pay OK within the salary cap though.

5 years, they back on the crack?
If Thomas wants out surely it's Sydney with the family connection?
Joyces is looking a little out of shape.North
Picks 1, 2 (p.p), 19 (p.p), 55, 66
Trade Zurhaar to * for pick 4 and we give 19 in return
Trade Thomas to GCS for pick 5 (their pick for Rankine
Waltz into the draft with picks 1,2,4 and 5.
It's not easy being a rockstar!Joyces is looking a little out of shape.
No current season stats available
VFL?Josh Corbett's name came up on the trade bell. Was being scouted by a recruiting team. Kicked 4.4 from 25 disposals and 17 marks.
Would Clayton and team have gone up to watch him?
I think that all three will stay at NorthThere's obviously a hell of a lot of smoke around a few players at the moment.
This looms like being probably our biggest trade period just about ever if there's any truth to Scott, Zurhaar and Thomas.
It's all relative to what some of these players would be worth, but would you trade Thomas for the Rankine pick and by extension for Cadman as an example from a list balance perspective?
I would consider it.
And I say that as someone who was absolutely adamant that Thomas was now our best player 6 months ago seeing him in pre-season, his disintegration is really concerning and despite people making excuses for him, most of it seems off field relegated and there was evidence of it from before his ribs and grandmother.
Zurhaar is absolutely critical to our scoring, but again, I feel like im far more at peace with these rumours than I would have been 12 months ago with Clarko now here.
If there's players that don't want to be here, that's fine, just as long as we can extract maximum value. If Cam decides to go, transferring him into another pick in the first dozen wouldn't be a disaster.
GC VFL.VFL?
Far from the worst idea I've seen thrown around here. Can play a bit and is surplus to requirements at GC. Wouldn't want to give up too much for him though.Josh Corbett's name came up on the trade bell. Was being scouted by a recruiting team. Kicked 4.4 from 25 disposals and 17 marks.

Good footballer, high workrate, solid overhead. He's an upgrade on Ziebell as a forwardGC VFL.
Apparently Dunkley to Bris is real.
Their list management needs to be commended if they end up getting him.
Neale and probably Dunkley for a single first rounder is insane.

All while getting decent compensation back for mcstay and probably others in their VFL program. They could offer this and next first rounder with absolutely no sniff of regret, they need to lose this years anyway and they still sit with this years best kid in the draft. Extraordinary stroke of luck.
Arguably POTYDid not think this was how I'd find out Mia wasn't interested
