Yeah don't disagree on both points, but I don't think it's as easy as just bringing in vets who are genuinely on their last legs.

If we are targeting WCE players, get McGovern. Would actually add to our defence and remove Walker from the equation and allows WCE to shamelessly play Bazzo in a role next season.

McGovern, Corr and McKay might be a nice crop for a few years whilst we develop bloody... Whoever to play that role.

McGovern is almost cooked himself I reckon, but he would add more than Walker and can organise a defence.

Other option could be Howe.

See, think McGovern may walk away outside of footy, his business ties him up very nicely post career… Hurn may coach…

I get the sense that Dunkley stays, no longer being forced to ruck, best mates with treloar

Think if he left it would be to SA where his gf plays netball?

Bailey smith I think would be a higher chance to leave based on money and a team willing to give him more centre square time

Dunkley GF has only signed a one year contract and Bailey smith has already come out and said he is not going anywhere but that can change. Anyway I don’t want to out use my welcome best of luck for the rest of the Season

He’d instantly make the place more professional and @ 26 years old he fills the exact age profile our list is missing.

Add Brayshaw and Cunners back into our midfield and guys like LDU & TT will walk a lot taller.

For all the reasons mentioned, teach our kids how to play the wings properly. Langdon and Brayshaw are very important to Melbourne and probably underrated

Is Brayshaw a free agent? He'd be a good bet in a good age bracket. If Melbourne go all the way again this year (likely) he may like the idea of the challenge and some extra coin but you can understand the opposite, it would be really cushy for a Demons starter right now.
