Couple of Frankston's young blokes carved out VFL side up. The even have a few games of AFL experience. Worth a look?
They must have been the fellas that Freo poster was referring to yeah. Will someone or other.

Absolutely.

He's going through a bit of a slump due to the side being shite and him getting a little ahead of himself IMO.

But there's enough evidence there that on his day when he's in the right headspace and has a few teammates along for the ride, he can break a game open. I rate his ability highly.
I luv Cam Z, But he just doesn’t produce enough. I don’t think we will get a great trade deal for him either.
If he wants to go it is what it is.

Please for the love of God recruit some accumulators who get their hands on the footy. Every week we have teams with five to six players with more possessions then our top possession getter.

We need guys that work their backsides off - no more cream

I'm fine with media. I actually like Kane Cornes, David King, Nathan Buckley, Matthew Lloyd etc.

But this is stupidity.

'North are the position they're in due to a lack of leadership and quality senior players. Criticises trading Tarrant'
- Media then suggests not trading our best senior player outside of Cunnington was a bad move.

Can't win.

Yeah, then again Goldy still our most effective centre bounce ruckman.......how about if we'd kept Preuss? Surprised the media haven't been bashing the club on that based on a handful of games this year!

Can we trust this List Management Team to make any Trades or acquisitions outside of the draft this year?

Im sick of us bringing in players that offer us **** all. Watching Aiden Corr tonight was just next level WOW!

Now throw in a useless Greenwood that is doing nothing but suck up valuable midfield minutes from players like LDU and I don’t think I have any trust in these guys to make the right decisions.

Players we have recruited to the club in the past few years no wonder we suck.
Anderson Hall Pittard Polec Greenwood Corr Atu Stephenson Bonar Walker CCJ and others I may have forgotten.
Looking at this list makes me sick we need to sack the recruiting staff immediately.

With that many players, do you think the problem might actually be the club and not the individual player?

There will definitely be a hard-working midfielder up for grabs a bit later. I'd also think we could look at a older state league type like Jy Newcombe who can come in a put pressure on for a spot straight away. Someone who is super fit and blue collar, and maybe a little bit bigger than the ones we have.

Ideally I'd like the club to grab best available with 1st pick, then a KPF (definitely need one developing on the list), Mid, Small Fwd in no particular order. No flankers. None.

We should look at trading or free agency for a kpd, even a state leaguer in the hope they become Sam Collins 🙏 and I'd park another ruckman ala X late in the draft or rookie list to develop.

I think at seasons end we will lose Goldy to free agency, probably X, and Zurhaar possibly back to freo. IF X or CZ leave, I'd look at targeting Logue & Battle. Barring an uninterrupted run in 1s, I think Hayden, Patrick Walker are done. Then Atu, Anderson and Turner probably in the gun too. Although one of Turner or Atu probably retained. McGuiness I'd offer a rookie spot for another year. Walker should go but will probably get a rookie spot, particularly if we don't any talls in

agree with this; CCJ and X are both 200-201cm - English is 207, Reeves is 208; this is the 'next generation' ruck and we need one in that market

Souup , who would be a good selection at the MSD for a gut running mid?
Also, can we stable “we need good ball users that are quick” to our recruiting teams foreheads?

Mitch O’Neill from South Adelaide in the SANFL, averaging 31 disposals, 6 tackles and 7 clearances per game.

He was very unlucky to be cut from
West coast after just one season on their rookie list

I have a bad feeling that if we do get an MSD pick we’ll end up taking Marty Hore.

If this ends up being the case we may as well pack up shop because our list managers have lost the plot. An undersize key defender with average skills is really the last thing we need.

Love Mitch, but has had some "things" to get in order off field, which were not conducive to acceptable and consistent performance. Had a few concerns with back related injuries from memory. Looks like he's turned things around judging by those averages! Good on him!!!

We spoke to him at length late 2020 as I recall (or more to the point, he approached Brady for a "chat").
