I feel like the Sharp trade doesn’t get done. If we give them what we receive from the Lobb trade, we won’t have any picks for the draft.

I just think the bulldogs will have made some kind of commitment to Lobb that the deal will get done. History says 95% of the time they find a way to make it happen in those circumstances.

The only trade we can't turn down is a straight up first round pick. Anything else deserves melts.

Just not sure about not having any picks in this draft. I know it’s shallow, but doesn’t feel right. Rather keep 21 than trade to GC for Sharp. Back in Fredstar or Worner to take on the wing spot.

After listening to Walls on trade radio I have formed a firm belief that Freo are shat off at Lobb and WB for doing a deal while Lobb is still under contract and are well aware they will get a first rounder for him on the trade deadline if they treat the process and everyone involved with the contempt the situation deserves.

Dunkley trade should be simple tbh - Pick 21 and F1 for Dunkley. Take it or leave it.

There’s still enough points for Ashcroft after Brisbane trade Pick 21. And Brisbane have two future 2nds, one of which can be traded on draft night for a 2022 selection, allowing Brisbane to match a Fletcher bid as well.

That future Brisbane second round pick could be the pivot that they hide selections for the draft.

Such as Freo trading our own future second for a selection of their picks this year.

Then at the draft we trade similar picks to them for their future second back.

I don’t get this at all. Mitchell plays for Hawks, Dunkley wants to go to Brisbane… I’m confused.

I personally don’t think it’s fair but I do think it’s similar to this when it’s all done.

It is unders, that’s why it’s taking so long, but Western Bulldogs will accept that unless their intention is to walk Dunkley to the PSD.

It would be something worth having a conversation about if you were Melbourne.

They could push hard for Serong, and while that seems unlikely, it could cause significant stress on our list management. I'm not really sure who is gettable from our list, especially after Logue leaving.
