Yeah but he is a professional
Unless he has sequelae, and so far he doesn't, no way should he retire yet.Kolo should give the game away another concussion again, both twins have had a lot,
Mate if they footy hit him in the head he would get concussion,he gets it to easy.Unless he has sequelae, and so far he doesn't, no way should he retire yet.
Not really. He’s had genuine knocks to the head that would trouble anyone.Mate if they footy hit him in the head he would get concussion,he gets it to easy.
The club has experts in the management of concussion etc. Pretty sure they would be onto that in a flash if he was in trouble. Selwood and Bartel are ok now, and went through many head knocks.Mate if they footy hit him in the head he would get concussion,he gets it to easy.
Being dazed for a few seconds after a head knock is not necessarily concussionIf you watched the game you would have seen it, they showed replay and he was groggy, but you read match report but i go with what my eyes see
You know about Henry of course? What’s the run down on our injury list?? Bowes?? Hawkins?? Anyone else?? Assuming kolo will be fine with concussion
ah yep forgot henry momentarily and Hawkins/duncan. Neale conway arent best 22 players so i didnt have them in mind.Neale, Conway, Duncan, Henry, Hawkins, Bowes, Kolodjashnij (?)
Jack Henry?ah yep forgot henry momentarily and Hawkins/duncan. Neale conway arent best 22 players so i didnt have them in mind.
He is frustratingly becoming one of those players who can't get a pre season in who ends up getting himself into the side at some point but only going along at 60-70% of potential... he should be working his way towards being an A grade defender instead of just finding a way to be adequately fit to play on the park.
Neale, Conway, Duncan, Henry, Hawkins, Bowes, Kolodjashnij (?)
Not heard much about Neale either..Kolo if he misses round 1 should play round 2. Ditto bowes.
Duncan sounds like hes not far away and hawk is getting closer.
Its really only conway and henry that are gone long term and neales timeframe unknown. Plus the ongoing issues with menegolas knee. And kroger and willis still seem to be MIA with no update.
Not heard much about Neale either..
good or bad ..

Sounds commonJones type fractures are a curse
Bowes is not injured - not sure where this has come from? He was rested from the Brisbane game with general soreness. I recall one of the assistants being interviewed and they said it was load managing and just making sure he's fresh for the start of the season.Bowes can't be very injured if hes been allowed to play golf with his GC mates all day long.

Happy to be told otherwise but I think people are jumping to conclusions.
Not really, but we've had our fair share at Geelong.Sounds common
Certainly doesn't hurt the "great club to be at" talk and general mood of the group when you take someone back home to see his family and friends even if they aren't playing. What would've been the benefit of taking Bowes to Qld that surpassed the benefit of rest?
The idea of integration and building his sense of team?
If you haven't heard anything from the club it is never good... they never ever give a clear line or updates on bad or sketchy news.. Unless like Hawk/Henry there was surgery involved and it is unavoidable. Not heard much about Neale either..
good or bad ..

We'll hear about it for the first time after Round 3, with a view to him ramping up for a return in the VFL after the bye.Where's the news of Holmes' hammy?
