We’ll as I said in the match day thread we were playing the top side - to restrict them to thirty point win after a disappointing start in the first quarter was quite pleasing - a bit of a tidy up with our disposal and accuracy in front of goal I think you’ll find a lot of improvement to come in the second half of the season - the inclusion of Martin and Cuningham in the next (1 to 2 weeks I believe) will add much needed skill and pace - and as Marchbank got through todays VFL game I’d expect to see him back in 1 to two weeks as well will add a steadying influence in our backline and will release Docherty into a permanent midfield role which will increase our all round flexibility and class around the ground - patience everyone it’s all coming together.

We took a punt of Liam Jones when he looked complete crap and he turned out alright.

Somehow Dow who Carlton judged as been worth pick 3 doesn't have the potential to push out Ed Curnow out of the side?

Kane Lucas who was far more black and white of a prospect got more looks at it than Dow has.

Keeping the same 5-6 midfield mix isn't working, we keep losing each week.

Why not try the guy who is getting 30 touches a week at VFL level? Give him a month. Let's see if he will take his last chance before we ship him off (if he doesn't take it)

At some point you have to have selection integrity and reward those playing well at the lower level to replace those who aren't at the top level.

Pretty average first half which is unacceptable but after half time we had more than enough of the ball.

Kicking 3 goals 9 is never going to win you games of footy, let alone the ones that went straight to Moore, fell short or completely missed.

Yes, the coaches aren't doing great at the moment but they can't so much when we're wasting the ball the way we did in the second half today
