Pedlar is a shell of the player he was last year, what have the coaches done to him?

I dislike Nicks as much as the next bloke - but there is a very good chance that he is just horribly out of form.

Coaches are responsible for not developing players and confusing roles. That Stewart call was a * up. He was getting CBAs last year now none, why?

Coaches are responsible for that. But Players are also responsible for their performance.

Reports in the preseason said Peds was playing with the B team which indicated he was out of form. Yes - he shouldn't have been put on Stewart, but I can't think of a worse 3 game stretch any AFL player has played that I have watched.

His DE was 2nd worst out of the 357 players that played the first 3 games. His bringing the ball inside 50 against Geelong was nothing short of disgusting.

This annoys me as well. Boyle has played some good footy in the sanfl but this is about developing our midfielders for the AFL. Boyle should not be playing in the midfield in front of Dowling,Taylor,Edwards,pedlar and bond etc. Watching Taylor play on the half foward flank while Boyle was playing in the midfield was ridiculous.

This annoys me as well. Boyle has played some good footy in the sanfl but this is about developing our midfielders for the AFL. Boyle should not be playing in the midfield in front of Dowling,Taylor,Edwards,pedlar and bond etc. Watching Taylor play on the half foward flank while Boyle was playing in the midfield was ridiculous.

It makes sense when you consider Nicks comments about him not expecting to debut players at all in a given year

There are clearly players he has no intention of dropping, who fill midfield roles for us at AFL level, so his justification would be there's no point developing a guy in a role that there will never be a spot for at AFL level
