At least we were a bit more accurate in front of goal today though

And it was really only that last quarter Brisbane made the most of their chances - the only time all match that they kicked consecutive goals

Still things to work on, but better today

Yep agreed but if our accuracy was like normal today Brisbane run over us

Couldn't agree more. We started off in a similar fashion against Fremantle, but only had 6 points instead of 3 goals to show for it.

The best kind of pressure is scoreboard pressure, and we were able to put that on Brisbane today - we have struggled to do that for most of the season though unfortunately.

6 out of 8 possible points off last year's grand finalists.

It's like such a Geelong thing to do with how our season has gone - not get the positive results from the matches we thought we should

And instead be undefeated against a couple of the premiership favorites

ESS being destroyed by North in the first quarter

Edit:
ESS actually had 0 inside 50s in a quarter holy shit

It's not only North destroying Essendon - the umpires are as well.

When one of the teams emergencies is in a moon boot & getting around on crutches, it kinda gives an idea of player availability

I don't really recall seeing her out there too much, so don't think she really had much game time and maybe her selection was more about rotation than anything

Yep. Incredible we managed a draw against a team that has 313% (and will be higher after today's demolition of the Bombers).

Reckon the Melbourne loss will come back to bite us. They haven't been great this year. Really, the only unwinnable game we've served up this year is the stinker against the Blues (of all teams!). We've been competitive but 1) injuries and 2) not taking our chances have pretty much made this season a wash.
