They may all get $1M+ offers.
If we pay all of them what they are offered I doubt we are able to sign everyone. Is Chad worth more than Heeney? or Mills? or Papley?
The club is sensible and pragmatic. To win a premiership you need all the players to make sacrifices.
Players can leave too.

That's why I'm happy for some to leave over those guys. Hayward and florent qualify for that list. Yea they are both good players but not nearly as important as those 3

As I understand it some are making that sacrifice financially. We have got the money to give McDonald whatever he wants; the issue is if he is deserving of it, and ultimately if he wants to stay in Sydney rather than be home in WA.

Re Warner, I like him but until he proves he's more than a highlights reel I wouldn't be paying him anywhere near $1mill some think he's worth.

I’d be more inclined to pay Warner.

Midfields win flags & so far this year, our wins have been off the back of brilliance by Heeney, Errol, Rowy and to a lesser extent Warner, supported by a stoic back 6.

I think we could just about replace our entire forward line (except Papley) and not suffer too much in the immediate term.

Logan, however, is the wildcard in that statement - it’ll be another 2-3 years before anyone knows if he’s going to be reeeeeeally good.

Far better years , especially 22 when he was one of best in the comp at a young age

First 2 games this season he showed again what he is capable of

Logan got some cheapies out the back against the pies

Until he rips an a good defender in the air apart he isn nothing more than a tall hff

Unless we have been incompetent with out list management, there is no reason why we shouldn't have the money to resign Hayward, Florent and anyone else who is valuable going forward and wants to stay.

I'm not too concerned about our key backs. For the most part tmac does a good job, he just needs to kick it less and get it out of his hands quicker.

I'm hoping Edwards comes on but if it does it won't be anytime soon. We need one yesterday.
