Handbaggers get away with front on contact every contest.

Geelong will push every infringement to its limits. They play the odds, they know they’ll maybe get pinged 1 time out of 10. Great odds. And when they do, it’s arms out and a WTF look on their face which increases their odds next time.

This game is impossible to umpire consistently and Geelong play that inconsistency better than any team.

The ability to use coastal property as a recruitment device keeps them full of talent, the Falcons don’t play by the same rules as the other U18 sides, giving them a look in, Gold Coast list managers helps them regularly, they have a ground that’s literally a different shape to every other side.

They are at the top end of the ladder every year, for a number of reasons.

The coach isn’t one of them.
