Goo that could play midfield would still be an enticing prospect. Very interested. He's not Silk level. Think a Guerra that could play midfield.
Perryman wants to play midfield
Not sure we should pay up for someone so committed to taking merely average marks…and according to another poster he's 4th in total and 6th for average marks
Who said Weddle is going to moved permanently.I know this is the prevailing sentiment, but they're not like for like. That means we play Sicily, Scrimshaw, Battle & Frost in Defence. Moving Weddle out for another kicker (not runner) could hamper our rebound from Defence.
I'd hazard that100% of posters that say "Battle will release Weddle upfield" reckon it'll be permanent.Who said Weddle is going to moved permanently.

Flexibility and versatility is the name of the game. Pretty much all of our starting 23 on the weekend can play multiple roles if need be.
Doubtful. He's not going to shift the needle on their list.Interesting that Perryman and Battle get very similar offers. I would have thought Battle was the bigger need but Sam clearly sees an important role for Perryman.
I wonder if we go into this expecting to get just one of them or if they are seriously pushing to bring in both.
Will the AFL step in to keep Perryman at GWS and create yet another $1m a year player there ?
Doubtful. He's not going to shift the needle on their list.
Does he?Perryman wants to play midfield
Does not need to. Adds to its flexibility. FFOR myself.Don't think he shifts ours that much either.
