Geez Frost unfairly cops it from some and is under rated. His year on the big forwards has been great given the adjustments he has made to his game allowing Siss and others to intercept etc. Probably one of the only few that can hold his head up when we were 0-5.

Tough as nails not many I would pick before Frost to have my back!

Yep, he's fantastic at defending smalls. Especially annoying, quick ones. Just like how Stratton went from predominantly tall defending to smalls as Lake and Frawley came in.

Right now we can't swing Dimma if the opposition have dangerous smalls. Tried it with Seamus and he couldn't quite cope. Another great tool to have.

if Frost plays at the same level next season i think he will very likely be in our best 22 most weeks. he's been defensively reliable, makes very few mistakes on offense and is providing some value on that end with a couple of score launches the last month.

Genuine question, if we land Barrass and Battle, and with Blanck returning, do BOTH Sicily and McCabe train with the forwards over summer?

McCabe a bit of the forgotten man in this whole conversation.

Don’t think so still need coverage and the reality is McCabe still learning his craft at the level so would want him to keep building

It would be less if we traded in 29 year old Barrass.
If he played until 34 and managed 17 games a year, that's 85 games.

I feel like games potential should be a consideration somewhere but it may not be.

Id be leaving Sicily down back and moving Weddle up the ground. I can only imagine the kind of games Sicily would put together if he has Barras, Frost and Scrim taking the tall fwds and Sic can just roam freely.
