Cripps inside bull.
Walsh & Cera generalist mids
Draper explosive inside
Supported by their strong wings and HBs, this is pretty good midfield.
Its already an elite midfield. They will be thinking Draper can play straight away

the only other one i'd be trading our f1 in for is Shanahan otherwise i'd be looking at trading in our f2 for a Gerreyn or FaullIf we can’t get Tauru, who else do we think we’d target or you’d want us to target with a F1?
There is no other tall worth our F1 imo and even though I'd love Draper, doubt we would take another mid.If we can’t get Tauru, who else do we think we’d target or you’d want us to target with a F1?
Yeah I’m thinking very similar but would also include Armstrong in f1 calculations too and would prefer Faull on the f2the only other one i'd be trading our f1 in for is Shanahan otherwise i'd be looking at trading in our f2 for a Gerreyn or Faull
Noah Mraz could be a watch on f2 as wellYeah I’m thinking very similar but would also include Armstrong in f1 calculations too and would prefer Faull on the f2
Don't mind him but I wouldn't do a top 4 pick for Armstrong.Yeah I’m thinking very similar but would also include Armstrong in f1 calculations too and would prefer Faull on the f2
Doubling back - why not Lalor if he's available?
Explosive mid with more of a running and forward ganestyle than Wardlaw.
I think we will take Lalor if he's available, but he won't be. The question none of us know that would be interesting is who would we take if FOS & Lalor were available.Doubling back - why not Lalor if he's available?

Anthony Banik = The ! At the DiscoWhy not indeed.
Mind you, if he does end up at North, I expect the player comparison to shift from Dusty to Anthony Banik.
Yeah objectively that makes a lot of sense. I’m thinking though that this might be the last year we load up in the draft and from next year on we focus on trade to get established talent to challenge for top 4. Plus now we have the ability to trade 2 years in advance so I can see the appeal of f1 trading.Don't mind him but I wouldn't do a top 4 pick for Armstrong.
The way I see it is, if I wouldn't take them very early this year, I'm not trading a top 4 pick for them.
He looks like the weakest no 1 candidate I can remember. I wouldn’t pick him in the top 5. Though having said that he’ll probably tear it up and make me look silly.Doubling back - why not Lalor if he's available?

Have no idea why “experts” have jumped off Jagga.. they’re going to be the silly looking onesHe looks like the weakest no 1 candidate I can remember. I wouldn’t pick him in the top 5. Though having said that he’ll probably tear it up and make me look silly.
How much work do you reckon Brisbane have put into the other top 6 draftees?Brisbanes list manager put Jagga Smith in the conversation at pick 2 (after Levi) and included a bunch of other names.
Whoever gets Jagga is going to get a bargain if its pick 4 or 5. Kids real good.
they would have done nothing yeh? Wouldn’t have even watched a single coats game. Wouldn’t have bothered turning up to state champs.. meh? Testing metrics? Bugger that.. who cares. How much work do you reckon Brisbane have put into the other top 6 draftees?
Yep he’d be my no 1 for sure! Doesn’t suit north but I don’t know why the Tigers aren’t all over him.Have no idea why “experts” have jumped off Jagga.. they’re going to be the silly looking ones
Absolutely the tigers need a midfielder like that. Trips me outYep he’d be my no 1 for sure! Doesn’t suit north but I don’t know why the Tigers aren’t all over him.
I didn't say they would have done nothing. But they wouldn't have been as diligent as other clubs for obvious reasons.they would have done nothing yeh? Wouldn’t have even watched a single coats game. Wouldn’t have bothered turning up to state champs.. meh? Testing metrics? Bugger that.. who cares.
They’d have compiled the data to see where their picks sit. Of course they put work into all of them. Whats the point of them if they didn’t? If they didnt, they’d be as useless as a CEO
Of course they would be. Thats just nonsense. They are a professional organisation. They would want to know what their future opposition looks like to, flaws and attributes. How their own players rank against em. You’d be incompetent if were complacent. Its their job to know the draft. Every year.I didn't say they would have done nothing. But they wouldn't have been as diligent as other clubs for obvious reasons.
If LDU goes the fa pick is linked to our finishing position.I don’t think we will. If we don’t improve as expected, you wouldn’t blame players for leaving. If LDU goes to a team that is in the finals window. They would be picks on the teens, and this board would be melted. If Colby leaves, the AFL aren’t giving us a top end compensation pick.
