He's a really interesting one....I think he's also late November or December birthday date??.....if he was going around next year would be see more midfield time? Does he develop into a Zak butters type mid?

Algers a horrendously inconsistent player. Id argue he's every bit as 'talented' as Berry or Hannaford but he has a bad habit of turning invisible for long stretches and getting himself in a bind trying to do too much sometimes.

He's highly athletic though, great leap on him too.

Very big ceiling if he sorted out his form fluctuations.

I’m pretty sure that horrendously inconsistent player may have or went extremely close to kicking the most goals in APS football this season so I don’t know how inconsistent he is I think he just tends to play closer to goals rather than pushing up the ground so is therefore out of the play a bit more, like it or not many recruiters pay as much if not more attention to APS football as they do to Coates league.

Just my opinion but APS is a fairly massive drop in quality from CTL. Always remember Bont having 50 and 10.

Alger at both CTL and the representative sides was wildly inconsistent sometimes looking like the best small fwd in the pool, others being nowhere to be seen and struggling to get a touch.

Won't be in our pick range anyway id imagine

To be honest I have no idea where he'll end up positionally. Id imagine any teams goal will to have him in the forward line as a dynamic mismatch, but if his forward smarts are poor he probably ends up behind the ball as an intercepting specialist.

Very raw but very talented. Reminds me a touch of Liam Jones for some reason, bit of heart in mouth stuff.

Not a bad shout on the Liam Jones comp. I see a bit of Josh Weddle/prime Nick Haynes/Jeremy Howe.

My dream scenario is that we take 2 top 15 picks going into the draft and we select Tauru and Hannaford

If Tauru is gone before our first pick then Travaglia and Hannaford
