worst thing is that ref assisted TD wont even make the top 100 bad calls/missed calls of the season.

Vote in skyjudge with full ref powers you campaigners and electronic measurements/spotting. Its on the owners for voting it down every season

thats a bad call. never seen it picked up because he was engaged in a block. even with the fact he was not in a legal spot before he blocked since he was 3yds down field to start a block.
There is no defence for some of these calls other than trying to guarantee the over

Love it when refs get the call correct, and then change it to the incorrect call. Seriously, the NFL need to stop thus shit and get a sky judge who can tell them they are wrong. Happens every game, every week, terrible calls.

the Washington/Saints one is a great example. only winner was Vegas since it killed the line bet for Washington.

Worst one was a Packers game early in the year. a pass was ruled a tuck rule fumble, then replay assist reversed it to incomplete pass and we tried to challenge since additional replays showed it was a fumble but because replay already changed it we couldnt challenge it. It might of been MLF's only chance to win a challenge all year.

We used to complain about missed calls now the frustration is random flag throwing.

They all are bad. missed calls and then the throw a flag have a 30sec conference and have it picked up even if it was the right call. or all the ones where its a clear hold/pi they grab the flag and then dont throw it, or a 50/50 call and they throw one late because it ended in a TD

The Purdy interception looked so bad live last week and it had you scratching your head on how bad a throw it was.

Then you see later not one but two blatant illegal contacts that should have been called and you understand the WR being so out of position.

This is a foul we have regularly been flagged on.

and we will get some 50/50 or bad calls then they miss the clear facemask seems to be in every game script right now. Like how are there so many missed facemasks this season on QB's in the pocket what are the refs looking at if not that.

Nixon got called for illegal contact twice vs the Lions a few weeks ago for a Lions player running right into him.

Did the refs go back on strike and not tell anyone because this is replacement refs level bad this season with all the bad calls in just about every game.

We had that stretch of MNF games where the refs had more air time then just about anyone and even Buck was cracking jokes about the refs needing to make sure the refs have strong arms and do throat warmups before MNF games

They started tge season focusing on procedural penalties (alignment, false starts) and never got going on the equitable calling of judgement penalties.

They used humans to focus on the penalties sky judge would easily control.

Sky judge would fix so many issues. because they would get about 15-20sec on the playclock to watch the replay and see the clear penalty, if you need multiple angles or slowmo its not a clear call anyway. no body is snapping a ball before 25 unless its no huddle/tempo.

The annoying thing is the picking and choosing what can be reviewed and what cant be. Do it all ffs, its a billion $ industry with amateur level officiating
I kinda understand some if them because each ref has a threshold for judgement calls. but way too many are inconsistent. the rules need to clear up some rules.

But lets be real the only change in the offseason will be a new kickoff/onside changes or a 4th and 15 or 20 in replace for a onside kick.

I have only ever seen 1 free kick. Packers @ Bears about this time in December 2008. i was at the game and had no clue what was going on just like everyone in the stands.

I think that one was a punt kicked out of bounds as time expired with a fair catch called.

Officials took 5 minutes to determine a special teams penalty, yet offensive holding gets flagged and enforced normally so quickly we never see a replay. Wonder why?
seemed a few of the refs didnt even know the free kick rule and replay had to walk them through it and all the options.

Oh the free kick bit was another 5 minutes of wasting time.
