Martin I’m told simply can’t get get up week after week even after VFL matches. We are just hoping to have him for finals

Nothing to do with ability or anything else. Body just not up to it

I assume Sam Durdin gone as well

This is going to hurt but it's the mini list rebuild we need to have i think. I wasnt keen but things have got bad. Sam Durdin has to be a part of that list. Can't see Mirkov and Akuei surviving either. There are a few contracted players who will be lucky to be there as well. Lemmy, Fantasia, Durdin are contracted but need to do more as well. Binns is in the Dow category, dominating VFL and stuck there.

We could easily male 6-10 list changes. We won't because we simply don't have the picks.

We will have to hope we can bring in some free agents, make trades and take draft a few kids. We will need to trade future picks. Just have to hope we have options willing to come to us.

I agree with comments but I don’t see it as a bad thing.

The core of our list is very very good. If we can fix some issues and add some depth at years end it could really set up our next 5 years and more

I'm told he did it a while ago and needs surgery which would put him out for the year. ONLY chance to get new contract was to play and try and prove himself

I think this is part of our problem. With the perma injured players it’s only like we have so many weeks of elite level footy in this team.

I thought it was the shoulder he did wrestling a while ago.

In any case the club has given Cunners, Marchbank etc a fair time to get right, probably a lot longer than other clubs would have.

If you're Cunners, Marchbank, Durdin, Mirkov etc you would be a fool not to have appreciated the support and back up the club has given you when 14-15 other clubs would've traded or delisted you much much sooner.

Almost our best bet is give it all to win the next 2 and seal a finals berth and then rest everyone not 100% for the final 2 games to get them cherry ripe for a finals onslaught whether that be from 5-8th spot.

Desperately need to get some some quality kids in before Tasmania get all the concessions. I can see 6 - 8 changes at seasons end.
