There are projections on SC and in other sites, but if you have nothing else to go off, take the score you think they'll get, subtract their Breakeven (BE) and multiply the result by $450/pt early rounds, $425 thereafter.
There are more exact ways and I can give you the formulas if you like, but it is all guesswork because we have to take a stab at the magic number (MN) for the week, but the actual MN can differ.(because the MN is back-calculated based on the number needed to keep the Total Price Pool (TPP) constant.
The starting MN this year was 5.6k/point or so, that will end up around 5.2k later in the year (MN drops because the rookies easily outstrip their starting price AVG)
That was probably way more than you were looking for., Sorry
I would have thought there would be a site that once you select the player and the points you think they could score it would give you the increase and new value of that player.

I keep seeing people posting things like if he scores X points his value will increase $x amount

Too serious used to do it back in the day, don't know if it's still going(?), Used to be able to plug in your predicted scores and get a decent estimate of the price change.

Try this, I think it's about right. The magic number will change after this week so it's not exact, but it gives you an idea. Just fill the player details yourself.

Just out of curiosity how do you work out how much these players will go up this week
e.g

If Hogan scores 100
If Billings scores 90
If Tberry scores 80
If Windsor scores 80
If McKay scores 100

This could help make a decision which player to bring in to your side

I can help with MacKay

$0

:moustache: you're welcome

Carroll owners can loophole M8 this week.

Wilson (Thu)
Sharp (Sat early)
Roberts (Sat night)
Sanders (Sun early)
Reid (Sun night)
any others?

What's the best combo?

Roberts E / Sanders?

they are calling for lots to be dropped (they're an emotional and irrational bunch over there) - don't think it happens he was steady. Khamis more likely to be dropped imo
besides KPDs, Duryea the only one likely to come into the backline but he's more lockdown rather than interceptor/distributor.
Think Bevo gives him more chances

I don't for one second want to suggest TTR is emotional or irrational... 😉...
... but imho Khamis was better than Coffield.

Either way, exactly that. There's no defenders to come in, so I suspect they both stay.

Edit: while I'm here, Sanders was clearly 'fatigued' (yeah. Don't like using that word since it's been Dermot's go to...)...
...but he made 1 or 2 poor decisions/executions just before he was (ahem) pulled off...

Maybe it was the occasion. Maybe it's afl fitness? Don't know. Tough to be confident in him (SC wise) in the immediate future though imo.

If I go down the Carroll route, I'm torn between Wilson on the wide expanses of the MCG and Collingwood's shit defense (scored 103 in the preseason getting up the ground), or Clark to turn it around in Adelaide. Roberts, McKercher and Reid are just straight fieldable.

Thanks - Is this your spreadsheet?

Relieved to hear that you think my boys Coffield and Khamis will both stay in. It's the type of SuperCoach straw that I love to clutch at.

On Sanders, he looked really good in the pre-season games and I think the Round 1 nerves just got the better of him. Still had 15 touches in just over a half of football, so he's definitely worth holding (and starting on the field), IMO.

Hello brains trust.....

Terry Berry nice minus BE ...160.K.

Someone like Shaun Mannagha knows how to football 40k cheaper ..
Could imo make more money than Terry Berry .

Yes not on the bubble ...

If named should Kent's be more interested in him this or next week ?

You could also add Oliver Dempsey to the list

Do i do the trade this week and grab Hogan / Cadman / Billings / Berry
or Keep Fisher another week and look to next week and get another look at Dempsey and if no good take McKay

Forgot him because I already got Ollie Dempsey...
I think Mannagha will score more solid than Dempsey and maybe Terry Berry .

I will prob make one change so I can do moves next week.

Cats don't have A grade guns in the mids .

But the forward line of small - mid size forwards are decent ..

IMO Mannagha will put pressure on that group ....he looks a Wookie you would want .
