Change those two for $123k guys and upgrade someone on field. Then you are one premo closer to complete and still have 40 trades. We all went cheap up forward and loaded up on every other line. If I start dumping premos for all the lock rookies, I’ll start the year with a million bucks in the bank. I’ve already got 220k in the bank with two 180k+ rooks on the bench
100%Not sure how that makes any difference. You get one rookie for the premo regardless, so points lost is just the gap, best 18 or not
10% ownership bump incoming.
A Bit Dusty said it bestSomes scores from this match:
Only Supercoach relevant players.
Rowell 137
Flanders 124
Powell 123
Anderson 122
Miller 116
Sexton 73
Short 130
Naismith 93
Gibcus 76
Reid is one of them at F7. The theory is the midprice madness selections will max out early, cull for some random rookie who sits on the bench and Reid swings on.Change those two for $123k guys and upgrade someone on field. Then you are one premo closer to complete and still have 40 trades.
Oh. Well we’re agreeing then. But I said the points lost could be as little as 40 points, but you were pushing it out to 70 odd?100%
I just think the gap will be a lot smaller than folks think.
My worst bye I still have 12 premos playing. My best 6 rookies will be scoring for me that week. People are avoiding good players because of the byes I think it's a mistake.
I agree with your original post I just think it will be even less than you do.
All midpricers have to be judged on their merits but imo with all these best 18 rounds this is a GnR year. You only need a couple of rookies to go big each week to at least match a MPM team (especially with looping), and the cash gen from the extra rookies should provide an advantage later in the year.Reid is one of them at F7. The other is Hustwaite at this stage.
Problem is all these decent rooks appearing now are defenders.
Other way. You said the 18th rookie could score 40. Im doubting that if we are dropping 4 out.Oh. Well we’re agreeing then. But I said the points lost could be as little as 40 points, but you were pushing it out to 70 odd?
Different Browns I think. They were more beige.Didnt brown play for collingwood?
Nah He's at Box HillDidnt brown play for collingwood?
Nah you’ve misinterpreted, I didn’t even mention a rookie score, just said whatever he scores and that the difference could be as little as 40. Probably could have worded it differently. Either way, we’re in fierce agreement.Other way. You said the 18th rookie could score 40. Im doubting that if we are dropping 4 out.
60 70 80 is pretty likely I reckon. If we get an 80 it's xmas
Agree. Have always been a GnR fan. Went midprices last year and it killed me. Miss the cash gen and also need to absolutely nail every midprice selection. But all my midpricers are all up forward purely because there’s SFA decent cheap forward rookies.
