How would we actually make that happenTwomey also just said (yes, I'm stupid enough to be listening) that we're interested in Pick 12. I like this. Regardless of the outcome, you can't say we're not being aggressive.
Digging into next years lootHow would we actually make that happen
Can't see Port getting a top 3 pick to get in front of us this year.In that scenario, I have no doubt whatsoever they will try and bundle up their remaining picks to get another 1st this year (maybe a later one). Then watch them try their level best to trade up to get in ahead of us for Draper
They're a throuple?
If Houston is happy to go to North, they are every chance to get Norths 1st this year for him as North seem very keenCan't see Port getting a top 3 pick to get in front of us this year.
North wouldnt even be that stupidIf Houston is happy to go to North, they are every chance to get Norths 1st this year for him as North seem very keen
I just want to know if Jenny got home and Wayne found google?Trade radio dropping some Gary123 news this afternoon, sounds salacious.
Wasn't it reported that they were offering next years first? If Houston is happy to go to North, they are every chance to get Norths 1st this year for him as North seem very keen
they already offered it to portNorth wouldnt even be that stupid
PA want over for Houston but WC expected pick 13 for Barras. Crazy. If Houston is happy to go to North, they are every chance to get Norths 1st this year for him as North seem very keen
Likely to be traded to Richmond for a player or 2...I wonder if Freo's first pick is for sale if they want picks next year for Warner? I imagine our F1st would interest them greatly
I can see it. Like Gold Coast, a high profile recruit is more of a need to them than yet another high draft pick. They might also back themselves to improve next year upon recruiting Houston, Parker and Darling.North wouldnt even be that stupid
F1So how would getting that pick 12 even work?
In my books that highlights how incompetent Reid isI'm not quite sure we will, seeing it'll require demoting someone to the rookie list to fit him in. At the moment, we're looking at four open list spots on our main list as McHenry, Gollant, Sloane, and Himmelberg are without contract alongside 3 open rookie pick spots(?).
I hope we do find someone who is willing to take that bullet, seeing Welsh looks quite the player.
HopefullyStrange if we are looking to bring in pick 12 when we are struggling for list spots.
Are we trading players out?
Article in the Advertiser today suggesting that the GC demands are based on how much salary they have to cover.Powa getting absolutely reamed if they even contemplate that madness. 2 time AA with 2 years on his contract.
They just need points for Leo Lombardwhy would GC just be wanting to trade out pick 12 in the first place?
We can easily free up 6 spots.Strange if we are looking to bring in pick 12 when we are struggling for list spots.
Are we trading players out?
What are you talking about? We still have enough uncontracted players to get Welsh, pick #4, ANB and Cumming - with possibly enough room for another trade/FA target as well.In my books that highlights how incompetent Reid is
Welsh should have been safeguarded. Yes it helps he has drifted but we still should have a spot for him
That we have to manipulate or beg someone is poor
What’s he projected to go at? Higher than 12?They just need points for Leo Lombard
I notice you didnt criticise the post I got the info fromWhat are you talking about? We still have enough uncontracted players to get Welsh, pick #4, ANB and Cumming - with possibly enough room for another trade/FA target as well.
You're getting all heated up over things which haven't happened yet, and almost certainly won't.
