What would you be doing if you were coach?

Clarko and the players I spoke to at the B&F think having Darking and Parker will help a lot so I’m interested in what you would do if you had the power/ opportunity.

I'd be focusing on getting the ball inside 50 more than 40 times a game.

Parker is a great get if he comes, sets standards and is a proven leader.

I think he's a very good defensive mid.

Can we give back Fisher and take Kennedy of their hands? Throw in some potato cakes and a few dimmies to sweeten the deal Brady. He is slow, but strong as an ox and could block for LDU and McKercher in the middle. Has a nice mark overhead as well and does not shirk the tough stuff. Would be worth an inquiry.

Collingwood seem to most frequently but they are definitely outliers. Polec iirc agreed to an early payout figure so its mot like he was really sacked.

I suspect it doesn't send good signals terminating contracts early so negotiations are really the only practical path forward. Its crazy we have additional spots and are still carrying so much dead wood.

If we were not so flush with duds in isolation i probably would view a darling acquisition like when we went with soup campbel.

Polec was pretty much paid his full entitlement well ahead of his 5th yrthat never came.... needed to front end majority of his contract to make the min cap
