The current North Melbourne team is barely VFL standard but Kangaroos supporters will watch it because it’s full of players they hope will be something in the future. So actual West Indies fans will watch this West Indies team for the same reason. Some cricket fans who just like cricket for crickets’ sake will watch this game for the same purpose.

Outside England, India and Australia the remainder teams suck, those 3 can't play all the time so there is always going to be a shit load of mismatches, there has always been mismatches in Test cricket.
