Other countries’ batting depth is irrelevant.

If we are talking Australia’s batting line up and questioning Labuschagne’s position due to his overseas record, who is likely to come in and do better than 36 across varying foreign conditions?

No point dropping a relativey young guy (in cricket terms) when there’s nothing to suggest there’s a superior replacement waiting to come in.
It isn't irrelevant when all countries are in the same position

Ed Cowan has labelled Australia’s star batsman Marnus Labuschagne the luckiest Test cricketer in history after stats revealed he has been dropped 14 times in his 20 Tests.

Luck will eventually run out
Keith Stackpole must have played before they kept that stat

Has any explanation been given to why the camera work has been absurdly s**t?

Panning the opposite direction to the stroke played by the batsmen, zooming out chaotically, inability to track the ball etc ...

Never seen this before, ever.
On a number of occasions, even the fieldsmen have been unable to follow the ball on the camera

The English camerawork has been outside the spirit of the game.

Does anyone like Warner? Genuine question as I don’t know one person who does
I liked Warner back in the day. He should have retired after the 2019/20 Summer. He is cooked and holding us back with his planned ego trip around Australia final tour. He isn't going to get the reaction he hopes.

Agreed. His time is up. He needs to Just **** off already

Supposedly he doesn't sleep during a Test match and that's why his 2nd innings stats are way below his first innings stats
It is interesting when he was smashing attacks test in test out i dont remember discussion about his sleeping habits

Warner should have retired after the SCG test.

And the selectors shouldn’t have picked him for India or the Ashes.

But can you blame the guy for not wanting to retire?

If I had the honour of playing for the Australian Test team, you would have to carry me out of those rooms in a coffin.

This just got returned to the public library that I am working at today :)

I'm really not sure who the target market for that book would be.

Ok she was an athlete in her own right but in a low profile sport so that is not going to pique many people's interest.

She is hardly going to go in depth about any of the salacious stuff that people would actually be interested in.

So, who the hell buys / reads it?
