That's very limited history given he's only 19-years-old and hasn't been around nearly long enough to even have a need to show if he can adjust his style.

Also Bazball hasn't worked for all Pom batters, but you look at a young guy that comes in and plays an aggressive style with confidence like Brook and it shows it can work if you're good enough.

What do you do v Bumrah? Either block or be nervy, or try and take him on for runs and apply pressure.

I meant wearing him down physically. We know he's carried a niggle into the series and we know he's missed time with injury in the last 12-18 months. You want to make him bowl as many overs as possible and tire him out (especially so that if they are bowling on days 3-5 their biggest threat is tanked). While it looks good to bash it around for an hour tactically it's not actually what we need.

Meh. Runs on the board is always a good tactic.

I am.listening to SEN commentary and have talked a lot about Konstas but not excessively. It is discussed and so it should be, but talking about so much more.
The over egging the cake is the problem.

There's enough of a sample size to understand that Marnus really can't do any worse by changing his approach against him, but also that he's probably not capable of it.

I don't see Sydney as a 5 rather inglis in Sri Lanka at 5 if they are going to move head to opener better player of spin

I see Sydney as a 3 or 4 long term I woudnt be too fussed if they opened with Sydney and konstas in Sri Lanka

Im looking at getting tests into the younger players...I just don't think we can carry all of Ussie Marnus Smudge Marsh going forward to the Ashes..two maybe but not all four
