To be fair, Cummins could easily play the Marsh role.

Feel like we need to bring in a proper enforcer tearaway quick like Morris etc to add a real point of difference especially come the Ashes as you know the Poms will try and pick Wood, Archer etc too.

Archer is not durable enough.

I'd say that's it for now.

We will know a lot about whether aus plan to go for win or draw by how aggressively our openers bat tomorrow (and whether they push head up the order)

Yeah groundsmen were putting down the spikes for the big covers and here’s the rain.

This is the same game Pat Cummins nearly hit a 50 and nearly every man and his dog has had a start. Still gotta score them but it’s hardly been a challenge for him
He came in when they were 6 six down and 280 runs behind with the series on the line but "it has hardly been a challenge for him." The game situation was completely different when Cummins nearly made 50. You sound clueless.

That is factually accurate. It's also a fact he would have batted at 7 but for Deep coming in as night-watchman. No doubt though he is a better bat than his position in the order suggests. As we're Jadeja and Ashwin when they have batted at 8.
