What an absolute bunch of sooks!

Read through this thread from around 11.15am (at a guess) AEDT today. These are FANS of Australia reacting to a very very 50-50 catch being given against their side. Calls of corruption, cheating etc etc etc, people telling one another they need their eyes checked.

The guys on the field are the actual players. It goes both ways and of course the players themselves are going to get somewhat emotional about it at some point. At least they care about it.

The tail is in now so we have a good chance of wrapping this up and bowling them all out for under 150 if we pressure the stumps, so time we go to our tired and true method of bowling short and outside off? 😅😅
Ah yes, our go to method seems to be working well 😅

India now batting like our 4ths cricket team from school.

Swing the kitchen sink at everything, get a boundary or out quick, so we can get lunch early.

There's going to a lot of misunderstanding about that one.

Snicko isn't always going o line up with the vision because snicko is over a period of time while the vision is a series of still frames.

I assume snicko is calibrated where the period is the time between frames so one frame represents the left side and the next frame represents the right.

Like that one it's more likely that the ball will pass the edge between frames. What you look for is the distance the ball moves between frames and where the edge is along that distance. Then you look at where in the snicko signal the peak appears. If say both are 1/4 of the way along, it's very likely the edge caused the spike

It could be the noise came from something else but on that one, the timing of everything made sense to me
