This way they stop the flow of runs and they give themselves the best chances to take wickets. We bowled back of a length the whole innings and yes we beat the bat but we were not hitting the stumps and our bad balks get punished.
And yet it’s still a very even game. We have to bowl fuller this innings and protect runs with a mid off and a cover and a point fields man.

Bruh they hadn't even cracked the tonne at this stage of their innings. We bowled fantastically for the most part, dropped some dolly's which ultimately cost us but they weren't 'punishing our bad balls'
