Was just thinking it reminded me a bit of the GDI logo from Westwood's classic C&C game.

There's a lot of focus on the logo itself, which I understand. There's a couple of key points that are being overlooked.

️ - The very concious move towards richer colours (Gather Round success played apart)

️ - The move towards 'Adelaide' branding instead of 'Adelaide Crows'

I'm not a fan of how geometric it is. But on a small scale, it's less noticeable and therefore actually looks pretty clean.

Name change?

We always officially are referred to as Adelaide Crows. Have a look at the AFL.com.au ladder. Some clubs are just Essendon, Hawthorn, Collingwood etc. Others are Adelaide Crows, Geelong Cats, West Coast Eagles.

Could tweak it to just Adelaide. Not that fussed.

I doubt they make any major change to the name like Southern Crows etc.

Colour change?

I'm talking still keeping the same colours but changing how they are used in general branding. Gather Round branding being an example. A lot of the time the colours are used equally, could we move to a primarily navy branding? Red? Gold?

We have occasionally used black with some things, remember the dark crow graphics on the big screens at Adelaide Oval? Black we fly as one branding. Wouldn't mind seeing black incorporated a little more.

Notice the removal of the black crow, goes from black to navy to a horrible blue,

When you've been waiting 15 years for a decent logo of the club you support, and this is the garbage we get, Crows fans should be fired up.

I think it could've been better, but it's much better than what we had.

I'm not a regular merch buyer these days, money can be better spent elsewhere, but you'd have to be clueless to think it's going to have a negative effect on sales.

Style is fine. It’s poorly drawn.

The red and gold is still bizarre to me. The head and feet are meh.

I liked it before reading anything on socials, was very surprised with some of the comments. Can’t please everyone I guess.
