Its interesting... he may be a good tactician but hes shown for years he cant rebuild a list well and their list sucks unless u only rate half backs. Not many coaches can do much with their list and injuries

The language though was that the list didn't need a rebuild. Making finals last year probably hurt them, had them thinking the list was better than what it was.
