Agree, but guess they have to mix it up.That’s a bit blech imo. Nothing beats this Pride jumper.

I think basketball and soccer (and GA) players aren't great recruits in the shorter term. Especially if you have too many of them. They basically need to be reprogrammed around contested play. The cross codes tend to have more growth in them.
Apart from the Irish girls, we have stopped the recruitment of cross coders.
Love for the club to get the next O’Sullivan especially Basketballers who have completed in the NCAA.
Maybe, but that first one was so clean compared to some of the vomitous ones other clubs have come up with. It perfectly represents our club, and (imo) should have become the traditional one used, rather than making up something new and very average each year. At least this one if better than last year’s abomination.Agree, but guess they have to mix it up.
O'Sullivan has had a lot of disruption with injury over the past season or two. That has made it hard for her to bring her A-game.I feel Gabby O’Sullivan has improved her skills quite a lot. With her guts and determination this makes her a very good player.
Need substantially different designs to keep the merch sales going. I'd imagine that they'll roll out the rainbow chevron design again further down the track.Maybe, but that first one was so clean compared to some of the vomitous ones other clubs have come up with. good on Strom for this. perhaps need more male involvement at all training for the others.according to Lisa Webbs interview, Mim has been putting in extra training with her brother,
definitely reaping the rewards, well done Mim
How's about just "more experienced involvement"?could on Strom for this. perhaps need more male involvement at all training for the others.
Some of our players lack size and/or quickness.I think basketball and soccer (and GA) players aren't great recruits in the shorter term. Especially if you have too many of them. They basically need to be reprogrammed around contested play.
I'd go for tennis players, funnily enough, for various reasons.
Of course there's variety in individual differences. I don't think they have any more potential for growth, beyond reprogramming, than juniors who come through a footy pathway.
That’s a bit blech imo. Nothing beats this Pride jumper.

Might of been ZacNot sure about Noah, but I've seen Zac training Mim.
You're far more polite than me. A very sophisticated approach. How's about just "more experienced involvement"?
Sophisticated...or simple. Take your pick. You're far more polite than me. A very sophisticated approach.
not sure how experienced her brother is . but okHow's about just "more experienced involvement"?
Kind of missed the point there.not sure how experienced her brother is . but ok
oh what was the point .thought you saying only experienced people can helpKind of missed the point there.
well hopefully the ladies get more members now they building. He is good at that.
Has experience. Is male.
I ostensibly agree.Gotta say, I don’t understand this “needs more male involvement thing”. Blokes have coached women’s footy forever; I played in the 90s and had only male coaches. Our women have had mostly male coaches as I recall. So… WTF?
Strom seems to have needed more experience and to grow into her body somewhat, as for most young rucks. Remember young Darcy? Or perhaps he just needed more men involved in his training?
perhaps not at the lower leagues. but certainly for the aflw it would be useful. the mens side of the game would have the most IP. have more staff etc. so the transfer of knowledge across would still be highly useful.Gotta say, I don’t understand this “needs more male involvement thing”.
