IPL teams are offering players year round contracts already. Their season is expanding in length almost every year. Test cricket will be dead outside of a handful of countries very soon.

I think the oppo made 214. Then with two balls left in the run chase, 10 runs were needed from 2 balls.
That Dhoni, eh.
The DLS helped. Brought it down to a more approachable 171 off 15 overs especially for a batting-heavy side. They still had Moeen in the dugout!
That's exactly the MS Dhoni strategy. Take it deep, win anyway!

I was so big into the IPL early days and then Completely lost interest for close to a decade. Last couple season I’ve watched a bit and followed scores and etc but I actually didn’t realise how many games are in a season. MSD has played 250 games since 2008. Thats wild considering the league only goes for a couple months

As a warm up to the WTC Final. Don't think you need a full strength Aus side in it either, give a chance for Boland, Inglis, Neser, Harris etc to play a proper game

He's only making things worse for the team. If he retires now, or say, after the WTC Final, we could have a year or two to blood one new opener alongside an in-form Khawaja. Now there's a good chance that in the space of a year, we'll have to replace both.
