Where have the Hartlett rumours come from? (Don't ask me to read through every page of dribble-please?!)

He is a rolled in gold mongrel bastard with good skills built for finals footy (injury permitting). Why would Port let him go under any circumstances?

What are the chances of landing Benell?

If we really go after him, I'd say pretty good.

Freo will cough up whatever they can and hope he gets frightened into being a good citizen by Ross Lyon. Like Sylvia.

I'm all for solid citizens, but I reckon we can handle Bennell. Buyer's market and his upside is immense.

I just can't see him being the focus of our recruiting drive and it wouldn't surprise if we've already said no. It's not just the wage, but the time and effort of so many other people that is taken away from making multiple other players better

I hope we go for him. I doubt we will.

Nowhere.

We made it up. Good one though ey?

Nothing specific. The 3AW snout reckons there is a chance he may be exited due to cap issues & Dixon, we loved him at draft time, he suits us perfectly, we have 3-4 people on staff who know him well from his time at Port and he would probably be Port's 5th-6th most favoured midfielder. Port had a bad year and didn't really cop major injuries. It's incumbent on them to change it up.

And I am also going nuts trying to fill the 118 or so hours between now and the bounce on Sunday.

I don't understand why we wouldn't make him our number 1 target, having him and delideo out on both flanks would go close to guaranteeing a top 4 spot for next year

Dem's good odds.

I don't believe the treloar crap for a moment until it's confirmed. I still hold out hope that danger will come here too. Yarran will come for our second pick. Kreuzer as a FA but carlton only get a second round compensation pick. Plus Hartlett is coming too, confirmed by my second cousins distant acquaintance. I'm the eternal optimist.

Schwarz claiming Pies will get Treloar, Kreuzer and Aish. That will really shit me up the wall.
Don't know how they manage that, treloar will be a 1st from 2015 and a 1 st from 2016, they will also have to trade for Aish which means they are going to have to try and trade back into round 2 of this years draft unless they trade a player out for Aish who has to agree to go to Brisbane.
I don't know the full draft rules but I don't think your 1st pick can be in round 3.

We also met with Treloar management yesterday from all reports. I would not read much into anything at the moment. Till trade week, shit can change imo

I agree, has he been on TV and said " I want to go to the pies" or his management team?

Or are we believing the Hun?

Interesting. Would be a great get IMO but surprising if Port let him go. I think he's VC isn't he?
