There's just conflicting reports of what he told us, but our ITK's are suggesting he's chosen us. They wouldn't have been so upbeat and given us the rumours we got today if Coniglio had told us he's not coming.

Devils advocate the only thing is he said that a number of days ago...as we know things can change quickly.

Is it possible Coniglio told us no in the last 48 hours and our hierarchy/ITK's are keeping it quiet to not spoil the positivity and momentum we've gained from before and after the Teague announcement? It's possible.

I actually realise TCP today said he's had no update on Cogs and B70 hasn't said anything about Cogs for a few days now except to comment on what our offer to him is.
